There's no winner take is all. The carcass will be split accordingly.

In case of countries like Brazil, US, Canada, Russia, Argentina and Australia, they aren't Horatio Alger's who progressed by their sheer effort.

Those countries are rich kids who inherited a lot of wealth. Natural resources wealth. They just had to act cleverly to slaughter their countries carcasses.

There are not smarties that are going to run away with the fillet Mignon and the dumb who are going to get bones only.

Owners of the rights to drill, dig and plant, have to agree on the sharing with the guys how bring technology and capital.

Government get the royalties and taxes. Technology and capital providers are paid accordingly to what they put in. People like Morales in Bolivia, Shiite clique in Iran, Chavez in Venezuela do not perceive that.

Also the electorates must agree that there is no way out. Oligarchs and Robber Barons are needed to execute deals. Robber Barons must be clever than the Yukos guy.

You can get the juicy leg of the carcass, but should not try to control the politic realm. Try and you end up in Siberia.

Governments must be more clever than Argentina now, not to kill the chicken that is putting the golden eggs.

Shiites in Iran need to know that they need the outsiders to some out with the capital and the technology and they cannot cut the cake only among themselves...

Neither the oligarch should take the money and run to London. Message was delivered with the Polonium 210. Do not go out there and start being too outspoken.

The Big Moolah, the Dai Kane. Das Grosse geld. La grande plata is unforgiving.
