However, MU always had some informer/s(?) to nail down "dumping" charges and etc.<< insook. mu had 5 dumping charges over turned and nothing happened. this time the penalties were as low as 1% for the big boys. mu believes they are the low cost producer and charges dumping when prices go below their gross cost. too bad it isn't true ;-) imho, it is absolutely unethical to mislead the investing public - even if you do it in a technically legal way. by saying you believe korea is nearly out of inventory says that you have some way of knowing. they didn't and admitted as such. if they said, we HOPE korea isoutof inventory but can't know then that would have been ok. but they didn't b/c it had less hype value (iow, it was far less misleading). these guys are stock pimps, first and foremost. txn acquisitions will improve margins? please explain you analysis that supports this belief b/c it definitely appears counterintuitive.
