More DIVER "DISTRACTIONS": Everyone, Just got off the phone with Bill Carraway. He is putting together a package of information regarding the Braziliam announcement last spring. I should have it tomorrow. I want to say that I personally detest having Bill Carraway be distracted in this manner. However, Mr. Terry's assertions are serious (He has publically implied <accused??> Bill Carraway of fabricating a news release) and since Bill Carraway has no reservations about providing me the necessary information to corroborate the April news release, I have asked him for his assistance. Frankly, requesting this information from Bill C. goes beyond what I consider are normal shareholder "need to know". Shareholders do not have the right to request information regarding specific business negotiations. Too bad Bill Terry (Diver) doesn't share the same willingness to mail his "documentation". Mr. Terry, did you consider calling Susan Lynch to warn her that you were directing GRNO shareholders in her direction?? How do you think she will respond to being inundated with calls from strangers?? I hope that you have received her permission to direct inquiries to her. If so, wouldn't it make more sense to just provide her phone number through email to those who contact you and are interested in discussing the matter?? This would be more appropriate than everyone calling information out of the blue to "Cold River", TX (Rio Frio..) Susan is not the knowledgable source. Jaime Lynch is. The documentation I will seeing apparently was provided by Mr. Lynch himself last spring. This will be far more relevant than your conversations with Susan who has no stake in GRNO at this time according to my information. Jaime is the man on the ground and according to Bill, quite thorough in his presentations and marketing analysis. Regards, Ron
