ATPG. Afaik, all these public e&p companies when they report oil reserves get their numbers from independent reserve engineers.

That is so for ATPG anyway, from my notes. Haven't looked at the 10K to confirm.

Not sure if company has made big North Sea errors, but I do know (am painfully aware) that the stock is down from a few years ago.

Same management now (i.e. Chairman & CEO T. Paul Bulmahn).
