PAT - Big valuation problem............... I agree but there is no way that the price will go down below $1.10 so why won't the market move a little closer. As I tried to point out (a little facetiously, I admit) the present stock price is discounted by 10% and if further offers are made (almost a certainty IMO) there could be more. PAT should be trading now at over $1.05 on this announcement.
