Maybe a definition of "moral" and "ethical" is in order . . . For the first time, former N.Y. Gov. Eliot Spitzer has stepped in as guest host of MSNBC's Dylan Ratigan show. The once scandal-torn lawmaker filled in yesterday, and this afternoon he's in the host chair once again. Program note: They're not letting him run the ship alone. He's joined by a second guest host, Monica Novotny. Spitzer looked happy as pie to be host. He's no easy interview. He's quickly learning the fine art of interrupting guests. Who's next? Former North Carolina Democratic Sen. John Edwards?
