OMD, Well.. I've never had a problem with my mail. Chicago... great town - but poor mail service I guess. Seems to me the difference is the Postal Service fought - visibly - in court and through other visible means. Microsoft threatened to pull their product if PC manufactures didn't line up... and given that they had the only OS that was worth a S*** and that had any applications the PC manufacturer didn't have a choice. The US Postal service isn't telling consumers - "either you go with Express Mail for your one day delievery needs or we're not going to deliver your mail". Of course, notwithstanding the problems you're having in Chicago. It was probably a postal worker that threw the beer at that Dodger and stole his hat. OG
