Thanks Ted. That is pretty much the case with MODA. The Freedman's have about 85% of their net worth tied up in the name. In addition, over the last few years The freedmans not only took very little out they actually lent the company significant money when things weren't so great. As for MV, he adopted a child and moved into a slightly larger house recently. Everybody has their needs but I am not crazy about them taking money out either but that was their reasoning. I think you will continue to see Joyce F. continue to dribble out of stock but I don't think you will see MV sell any more.
