Making a small buy of HK telecom, CTEL. Fast growing company with some competitive advantages (as of now). Company "near net debt free". Company pays a dividend. A lot of the heavy infrastructure spending has already been completed: Apparently CTEL has made a cumulative gross investment of about US$380 million in its fibre network. Market cap of company is $268M. finance.yahoo.com ctigroup.com.hk Perhaps a little late, I'll follow Crossy with a buy. I suspect company/stock progress can be followed at his thread: Subject 14605
