I think everyone is too hyped up on every tidbit of "breaking news".

It is silly to think that the ACA is having a material impact on costs at this point when so little of it has been implemented and for such a short period of time.

And at this point, no one I know of really knows what "costs" mean. Are drugs cheaper? Is the amortization of purchase cost of MRI and CT Scanner's less? Is the cost of a hospital facility lower?

Personally, I take reports of cost decreases, other than those associated with a lousy economy, with a grain of salt unless someone can explain what measures in the legislation might actually be causing them.
