I'm in full agreement with you and simply pointing out that the approach being referred to ISN'T being used correctly. He's using the jargon of one approach to support another approach. Referring to options or warrants as 'cheap, expensive, over/undervalued' imply using an options model... otherwise it's the STOCK that is mispriced and the warrant then may or may not be mispriced depending on further analysis.
