Bp lawsuit is the wild card in any recovery for any of us bondholders or shareholders,,,, if the lawsuits are thrown out, then so be it. but if a jury finds for Atp and awards treble damages,and stranger things have happened,then for all of us that have held, it will be sooo sweet.I think it would be very hard to find a jury without paying them to favor Bp in this lawsuit. The average joe would like to punish BP, if it gets to a jury then they can.I am sure some very hi powered lawyers for Atp are working this case on a contingency basis right now.Lets get it ... Onooooo the sooner the better.
