For that reason alone, the Moratorium lawsuit is very unlikely to go to a jury. I'm counting on (well really, hoping for) a settlement that gives the bond holders a recovery of at least a few cents on the dollar. If it's more than that, hmmm.

BP needs to get this monkey off its back, so I don't think this will drag on too much longer.
