i think you covered it well. personally i would not buy this stock at this time, i almost bought it back a week or so ago before i saw your warning about a reverse split. could have made a little if i did buy it, it spiked up and fell back the same day to less than .0275. i put an order in at .025 at the bid thinking i might get in at the end of the day but just missed it. no regrets.
