Hello:

10 seconds - to test the memory after power is turned on.

Waits almost 20 seconds before detecting the hard drive and my 2 CDRoms.

60 seconds - when the diagostic beep is heard, everything ok with the mother board

2 minutes when windows is completely loaded.

(I have IE6 and MSN Messanger in the startup group)
4 minutes before I see my Yahoo home page.
I guess I never noticed this time delay as I am not at the PC, after turning the PC on in the morning, I go to bathroom etc and when I come back Yahoo page is there.

At the shutdown, only system tray and explorer are running. It takes 110 seconds to shut it down. My concern is it never took that long before, 30 secs max.

Thanks all for the help.
