Well, I feel supremely underqualified to respond to the posts that have appeared here. Peter, Couldn't have said it better myself! I would really like to have your questions about SIBIA addressed by someone who could answer them, Unfortunately, I'm overwhelmed just trying to digest the questions (not to mention the flood of other responses on this thread). Best I can do is repost them on the SIBIA thread, refer you there and hope that someone else can give you a good answer. Beyond that, I believe in the value of a dialectic or dialogic process where you can have a good question and response interaction. Even when much of it flies over my head, I can sometimes distill something worthwhile. So far, I'd say the response level has been set at "stun" rather than "kill". I'd like to see some good substantive discussions even if the tech level is set way above my hairline. But I think it works best when it is attentive and responsive. Less volume and more to the point. Maybe the best value for this site is as an alert station that can lead to more detailed follow-up discussions at the relevant sites. Baird
