Bill,

Ingram Micro's IPO was 20 Million shares, which at a closing price of 20.5 would equate to a market capitilization of roughly $400M. IM currently holds the largest market share of comp distributors at roughly 23% and is the undisputed leader in the field. Tech Data is #2 behind Ingram with about an 11% market share and has about 30 million shares outstanding with market cap of roughly $800M. Although TECD is growing much faster than IM and is actually gaining market share in the field, I believe IM is grossly undervalued at the current price.I think it will trade at about $30 within the next month or so. The CEO is not receiving a salary, just options to BUY stock, which says alot about his confidence in the company. The price will not stay at this level for much longer.
