Ari - I believe the 20F is more than that, ie. the official US Securities and Exchange Commission filing that, when approved, allows you to apply for listing on a US exchange. Thus, it implies much bigger exposure than simply making it easier for US brokers to buy in Canada. Could be wrong, but pretty sure.
