I was called by SEC regional office in Denver approx. 2 years ago regarding this(as a shareholder), the settlement was reached over one year ago. This company is not run by Ronald Knittle, it is run by Dr. Terry Turner.The SEC with this release is guilty of the same thing they accused GE with. The impression of this release leads one to believe this has just happened. Now as far as the report is concerned, the SEC monitors GE activity, do you believe they would come out with a release full of bullshit and expect to get away with it? Boy, someone made alot of dinero today!
