I like this company, I'm not going to sell any shares until there is a conclusion of its relationship with TMO (THI). But the suspense is killing me. Since TMO only owns 80% not 90% of SPLI, I think there will be bigger hurdles for TMO to just spin SPLI in like it did to TOC. If there were no tangling with TMO/THI, SPLI would possess much higher p/s ratio.
