Yes; these kinds of sell-offs are usually buying opportunities.

The company will report record sales, and the business outlook is good. So the info you provided was correct.

I'm not worried, these kind of sell-offs due to the costs of expanding business have always confused me. The sell-offs confirm the markets overemphasis on short term issues, and de-emphasis of longer term fundamentals.

As usual, my timing is off a bit; I just bought my (small) position a few days ago. Well, as a long term investor, these types of situations usually present a buying oppotunity, especially when I can look back, say 6-12 months from now. The stocks in this sector seem quite volatile to bad news, so I've been getting too many buying opportunities lately.

But I'll go through my research materials again, do a comparative analysis in the sector, and see where I can shift some money into these shares.
