All I can say is that several of my small caps are reacting this way on great earnings and sales reports. This has been going on since last summer's overall decline. Projections for these companies are great but the market is not allowing any multiple expansion. Several of these are selling at a market or discount-to-market P/E, and they have growth rates going forward at double this amount (and I'm not talking about companies with growth rates of 100% or more, since very few companies are awarded these types of stratospheric valuations).

Be patient and be rewarded....
