Electric cars with limited number of chargers?

The energy sources are neglected by hybrid such as Prius. There are wind, solar, gasoline and momentum, just to mention a few. These energy sources can be harnessed even by after market device to charge the batteries while we sleep.

First, we must mention fancy golf carts used in Florida with 90 miles of cart path in The Village.

Golf carts use lead acid batteries(36 or 48 volts) that can be fully charged in 15 minutes by alternators on gasoline cars. Alternators can be driven by smallest gasoline engines. Prius used chargers on 4 wheels(by momentum to feedback electricity to batteries), but they did not use 3 phase alternators of 75 volts.

Wind comes with speed, 25,40 or 65 miles per hour. You can use as many wind mills on a golf cart as you need to charge batteries while you drive. While solar energy is small potato, it can trickle charge any battery as long as sun is out and multi-sun by design to charge by alternators driven by motor on solar energy.

Are we missing some easy technology here, when electric cars are stalled by lack of high power lithium ion technology?
