Thanks for the Info, what you listed are the two 6/5/97 144 sales. Does anyone know what the two 6/9/97 144 sales represent? I am long this stock, but it is not a real good sign when insiders are selling near the 52 week low whatever their reasons may be.

I have a call in to investor relations, when they call back I will update this thread,if anything important comes out of it. If anyone has any questions for me to forward, post em now.
