Not much really. The news will be released before 9:30 am today. Basically, it indicates that Judge Little reversed his December 1, 1998 ruling denying LifeOne's motion to dismiss the involuntary petition pending arbitration. We are not out of the woods yet (only when TK settles or the like) but we are getting there. Stockster
