you are correct... there was a "patent hearing" on August 9th according to my notes... 3 possible outcomes:

1.) Patent office decides INCY must now show "cause"... would entirely turn the tables on INCY, terrible outcome. Trivial likelyhood according to INCY council.
2.) 2nd order to AFFX to show cause because they haven't shown anything worthwhile.
3.) AFFX has shown enough to go into normal 18 month interference process.
