Their summary of his Tour de Farce, so far:
- The weekend started with Obama playing hoops with the troops in Afghanistan (Team Obama’s favorite photo-op….Axelrod is convinced that if Americans see Obama as an athlete…and not the skinny, wimpy, cigarette smoking, elitist that he is….he will win over the hearts and minds of us simple mid-western folk—-too bad he was a bench-warmer at an elite, predominately white, private high school)
-Today he will be meeting with the US Commanders in Iraq who will tell him how wrong he was to oppose the surge….they will say he has terrible judgment, and didn’t know what he was talking about……..as it has saved hundreds of thousands of lives..and brought stability to the region…..Couric, Williams, and Gibson will, of course, gloss over this, and pivot to Afghanistan conversation…where they will blame Bush and McCain for everything…..
After Iraq…the group will be headed to Israel….where Obama has contradicted himself several times on his support for the country….and where the majority of the population fears his candidacy……..
Finally, after a few stops in the Palestinian territory and Jordan, Obama will head to the land of painfully high taxes, Cigarettes, and uncomfortable beds……..While in Germany, the “peace” candidate will speak to a crowd full of Germans at the victory column, a controversial military symbol, which was moved to it’s current location, by none other than, Adolf Hitler….
