James, I recall that the Pro-forma of the Steag-Cfmt mergers reflected approximately $9 per share of current assets less all debt (before giving any credit to the business and fixed assets). That number today is $1.27 per share. I completely lost confidence in the company and shifted all of my Mtsn funds to several other companies when Mtsn was around $18, if I recall. Thank god I got one right. As I mentioned earlier, just too many sure bets out there for the patient investor IMO. Cohu, Ltxx, Lrcx, Amat, Asml, Ter, Asyt, Nano, Klic, etc. all like like much safer bets. John Stewart, who seems to have disappeared, followed Mtsn quite closely some 18-24 months ago. Would like to hear his thought if he still follows Mtsn.
