Your comments are what I was looking for. I live near MSFT HQ and the market has been relatively flat for awhile until this spring when MSFT announced a major expansion for this area with more building construction and hiring another 12,000 employees over the next 5-10 years. Since then the market has rocketed again.

So my rental move plan got put on a back burner.
