The Intel deal is still alive, per Don C's 8/12 message. On the other hand, the sales effort has been lagging. The good news is TSIS keeps adding more sales people, but they've got to step up the pace.

This would be an ideal time to initiate a stock buy-back plan, if TSIS is indeed considering it. If you watch CNBC, you know a lot of big companies have either started buying stock or have stepped up existing programs. This shows a lot of confidence to investors, reduces the float and could be a great investment for the company.

Also, it would be nice if TSIS could get some interest from a large investor or two. Someone who is "friendly" to the company and would buy a large block of stock and just sit on it. I think this type of situation is much more likely to occur than a buyout. Given TSIS's good performance of late and profitability, they should be able to generate some interest. For instance, I think it's a lot more likely that AT&T/Lucent/GTE/Whomever would make an investment in TSIS than buy the company outright.
