If Circuit City has exclusive rights to sell the models of PC's with internal
zips until the end of year, then the premise that oem deals will greatly increase
the number of internal zips is weak. The main purpose of oem deals is
to increase the number of units of Zips sold. If Circuit City is the sole seller
of those models, it is not likely to have as large of a short term (6 mos) impact
as many investors think.

For investors like myself holding long positions, there will still be more blood
in the streets as people de-emphasize the short term impact of OEM deals on
the next 2 quarter's earnings.
