I also drink three cups of green tea a day to reduce inflammation, protect cells, and for the anti oxidants.

I eat mostly plants, and seafood. Salmon and sardines. I like the Tiny Tot sardines the best, as they are small, high quality, taste great, and have less mercury, and they are packed in olive oil.

I also make a Turmeric, ginger, tart cherry drink I sip during the day with meals.

Last, I don't eat many empty carbs, and eat or drink anything sweet only when I am eating fiber, meat, or complex carbs to avoid sugar spikes e.g. juices, like citric, V8, or pomegranate.
