AMD is a good case in point. Obviously one of the more recognized stocks on the list it sells below book value for many reasons. Perhaps the most important is that the company is not expected to outperform arch rival INTC at a time when INTC itself is hitting new stock price lows for this cycle.

In other words the list is as important for the stocks on it as it is for the stocks which are not on it... perhaps yet.
