My point last night regarding 1st Amendment Rights of a broker can be summed up in the following. If his rights are not effected then why would he have to quit posting if his broker/dealer(Everen Securities) doesn't allow their brokers to post on the internet. Why as he said would he all of a sudden have to disappear if they didn't allow it?
