Hey phreak,

This may be the cause of the discrepancy. Price volume figures, in order to be meaningful, have to be adjusted for stock splits.

So if xyz trades 65 million shares at 100, splits, then trades 100 million at 50, the data get adjusted to show XYZ trading 130 million at 50 for the first instance.

Or it could have nothing to do with it.

I remember comparator as the all timer volume trader but it was such a phreak of a stock, no one took it seriously.
