Just doesn't sit well that someone that got an ARM and cheaper payments than me, now gets bailed out when their ARM turned against them. Maybe I'm missing the issue. If there was fraud or misrepresentation, then let's take care of it. Not a wholesale feel good bailout. I pretty much agree. Still it's in the best interests of everybody to get those people into a fixed mortgage if it is at all possible. Massive foreclosures will just create more problems...
