Is it possible in MS to combine signals from two totally different systems to yield a new signal?

Say for example I have a simple Stochastic test that gives signals of crossings in the 25/75 range, and I also have an MACD system that yields signals based on whether the MACD has crossed the zero mark. Is there some crazy way of combining the two, so that If I get a buy signal on the stochastic system, and a buy on the macd, then that would yield a 'buy' for the combined system test?

Thanks. You guy's are great.
