Close at hand. Why do you care? I sure don't as a I've made my money and aren't desperate like the fools out there today either on both sides of the aisle speculating or waiting for the 50% crash in two year scenario. Whether the tide turns in 3 months or 12 months who cares. Big condo crash is assured here. Florida speculators are doomed<g>
