I don't know about this AOL-Netcom relationship, but I have noticed that frequently when a stock breaks a key support zone, it often rallies back to support (sucker's rally) before breaking back down again. If this is the case, I would expect AOL to run out of steam pretty soon in here. Of course a buy recommendation from one of the big houses would give some of their clients one last chance to unload shares while the stock is still in the twenties.
