Anthony I would like to give my thoughts and no flaming or personal attacks please. I shall take each fact and respond to it.

01. Yes Sir that is obvious from the trading charts and reports this has been shorted by the big boys period.
02. They have only made a fortune once they cover and reports do not show that yet.
03. I NEVER sit on the FENCE I know my stock before I buy.
04. Management made speculation news releases that were taking as law. According to corporate attorneys I know they advise companies to news release anytime they are moving into large negiations which means they are required to disclose that to the public Letters of intent however letter of intent are not contracts. The reverse was merely a proxy vote NOT what the company was going to do. The shareholders voice they displeasure with it and the company listen then made news released they were not going to do it. That's Creditable to me for a compnay to listen to it's shareholders..
05. Any technology based company is going run into glitches with software. Look at microsoft ... they intorduced their window 95 after it had already been marketed and launched they found over 18 glitches in the software including one failure to put in a fail safe to prevent hackers from hacking into the data bases of major corporations. That is Microsoft so glitches in AGTI's profitablility delays should be expected. They want a quality product before it hit the market. To me that shows quality assurance which you cannot buy with money.
06. The key is potentially buying out is not a fact. In the only way a merger would move forward with any company is if it were benifical for the company and the shareholders. On that note they had to disclose than negotiation.... . YES AGTI has a much more sophisticated unit than they do, and AGTI will have a large and loyal client base once positive marketing and trade show exposes them to the market place. Besides the product has only been on the market for 4 months and all this time has been R & D. Their management is experienced and very well respected, apparently more than this thread knows. Now I do not understand this logic because this company is new and 4 months out alredy in 15 locations where you are comparing to companies that are 10 years old and established. Wait and see what happens when they are 1 year old in the market place. Then apples to apples can be compared.
07. Game Tech is going to get a shock. Going public will probably get them shorted immediately. Welcome to market. Also if they come out with a large share price and AGTI is lower HELLO it is a no brainer. Follow public companies that it the market how many go straight up ... not many., but that is my opinon. Besides AGTI has far superior equipment and software to Game Tech also. Also I have heard that some of Game tech products are being replaced with MAX because of Gane's tech lack of durability, breakage and system down time.
08. No sense to unveil a product (SONIC) until it is ready and the stratgy and the marketing has been completely worked out. Why put out a product and give away the edge they have? That is what happened when this company prematurely brought MAX light and AGTI created their own competion.
09. Reverse Split is dead. PERIOD and in my OPINION a negotiation is dead issue unless I see a news release stating otherwise. I do not see this company mergering because word on the street in Las Vegas is this merger is not going to happen. BUT THAT IS HEAR SAY ONLY.
10. Overall, AGTI seems to have an excellent line of products and has the potential to be the leader in this industry I agree 100% and a real sleeper. Just my opinion.

I will be adding more soon about what I think is going to be very good news... well at least it is to me
