Today's U.S. Agenda: Pending Home Sales Probably Fell in January

According to a survey of economists, the number of Americans signing contracts to purchase previously owned homes dropped in January for a third month.

The National Association of Realtors' index of signed purchase agreements is expected to have fallen 1% to 85, posting the lowest level since the group began keeping records in 2001. The report is scheduled to be released in Washington at 10 a.m.
