For networkers CORV & SCMR @ these levels look attractive. The balance sheets are strong (both with net cash / investments of $3.5 / share) and the companies can fund operations from investment income so they should be close to bottoms as long as they have the right products (Tom the expert on the product side).

One downside is the telecom / network sector will probably be the last to come back and neither of these companies are high on the list of takeover candidates.

ARBA is going to miss revenue / earnings (CMRC may as well and it doesnt' matter if they make em in this market)
