Keep in mind when choosing price targets that the overall market is constantly declining and the fundamentals of the big picture - for the short term - are very negative. Capital outflows, a weak-declining dollar, tough business environment, negative stock market sentiment, all combined with the ongoing threat of terrorism coming out of left field at some unpredictable point in the future.

The bull argument would be to look past the current malaise and try to see into the next couple of years. This was the same argument put forth in Japan for years, while their stock market continued to decline. However, taking individual situations into consideration, looking at excessive selling of certain stocks should set up for some nice short term bull moves or expected bounces. The more negative things look, the more likely we get a fast and furious bear market rally.

Keeping an open mind when trading should allow for many swings from bull to bear and vice versa.
