Unfortunately, without a miracle from the courts, I suspect that is how it will happen.

Some systems are so poorly designed responsible people will look at them honestly and recognize they're beyond repair, cannot be fixed and must be destroyed. The ACA is clearly one of those systems. The website was ridiculous but it was never the problem. The problem is the system is built on concepts that are inconsistent with the American way of life. It was designed by posers.

And the nation will be forever plagued with the regulatory bloat, economic inefficiency, and medical atrocity that the ACA is comprised of, unless it is killed, whether through legislation or the courts.
