Prevailing conditions in the global economy are a short-seller's dream; lots of fear, uncertainty and doubt. Tech stocks are in a bear market. The shorts can lay on WIND worry-free until the November earnings report; perhaps longer, if the market sell-off continues. These may be the current conditions, but they aren't the permanent conditions. I don't know what will cause the sell-off to end or when it will end but when it does, the shorts will cover and the stock will rally. Frank
