Techie, been out for a day. You are right on mcld. I missed the amortization line and did not take that out. Without the amortization they are cash flow pos on an operating basis.

I still do not like the stock. Way too much debt. In this market trying to service that debt could still drag them under. Looks like it is still getting punished.

CWP is a better one in the same area. Very little debt.
