Chris, I see that the markets are welcoming Bush's loan bailout plan. And like Ted mentioned, the Fed could lower rates even more. I don't think it could be any clearer. The Fed has the power to prop up the market big time, or at least long enough to help the incumbents (ironically enough, given that Congress is now Democrat). Tenchusatsu
