Valuation is relative.
Before the news event, DGIV was judged to be worth around 1 dollar per share (just look at where it was forming a base),with certain "uncertainties" regarding its future.

After the news that DGIV has a business contract with Teltek in CHINA, the market understands the potential implication of this deal, and DGIV price is at around 2 dollars per share.

With each positive news, the "uncertainties" of DGIV as an investment are lessened, and investors are more confident in its ability to survive and succeed. Obviously, the China deal gave DGIV lots of CREDIBILITY, and this enhanced perception results in an impressive increase in share price.

As more positive news come out from the company, people will be more and more certain of DGIV ability to succeed, and its value will be appropriately enhanced. This is especially important for a young company in a high-growth area>>>once the market determines that such company can succeed and can get MAJOR contracts in CRITICAL countries (and CHINA is surely one <ggg>), the company will be rewarded with higher and higher valuation.

the way things look, it appears DGIV is well on the way to getting that kind of "respect" from the market :)))
