VK - The pay is in line with the work required & size of network.
No shell scripts or coding required. Furthermore we have IBM/Tivoli Netview keeping an eye on everything.

Basically, that person will keep an eye on our management station, be a tape monkey, and spend time working on our internet/intranet server.

If that person is interested, then we will cross train him/her in Tivoli products so they can make some real money as a consultant.
