I've heard various rumours about Open Text talking with a number of players over the past year - whether it be acquisition or OEM, fact or supposition. Trying not to be cynical, but I think they really want big customer install bases, and product lines they can turn off so they can move people to Livelink (may not always be an appropriate solution). I think OTEX needs to worry about what Lotus and Microsoft will be doing to their sweet spot. IMO. Tens of millions to buy a complete product wouldn't be out of the question I guess. Depends on whether someone needs a complete product.
